Study On The Construction Of Ecological Civilization In Rural China

As a traditional agricultural country,the construction of ecological civilization in rural areas is not only related to farmers’ own interests,but also plays an important role in China’s economic development.In-depth study,the problems of the rural ecological civilization construction for further realization of China’s economic and social transformation,the full implementation of Xijinping new thoughts,new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics to promote the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics is of great significance.The paper,taking the Weifang as an example,adopts the methods of literature research and practical investigation,and systematically analyzes the problems existing in the construction of ecological civilization in China:the farmers’ ecological consciousness is weak,the rural environment pollution is serious,the rural ecological degradation is serious,waste disposal is not scientific,pesticide use excessive.Combined with the current problems of the rural ecological civilization construction,the article analyses the reasons of existing problems form several aspects:the rural ecological education lags behind and the relevant laws and regulations are missing,the lack of investment in agricultural science and technology,the lack of strict system and standards for the use of fertilizers and pesticides,the establishment of garbage classification and treatment methods suitable for rural characteristics.On the basic of the analysis of the causes,this paper puts forward some contermeasures to solve the problems existing in the current,mainly include:more efforts to promote ecological civilization,improve the rural ecological environmental protection laws and regulations,to set up the garbage classification,strengthen the construction of public services for rural environmental protection,advocate green agriculture,and actively draw on the advanced experience of agricultural development at home and abroad.
