Copper foil,copper alloy and other materials as raw materials for many enterprises,enterprises have certain requirements on its precision and quality.Many copper processing enterprises are faced with many problems such as production quality,precision and efficiency.Production process informatization is one of the common methods to solve this kind of problem.This paper takes a domestic copper processing enterprise as the background,carries on the manufacturing execution system construction,carries on the control to the complicated process,realizes the quality and the efficiency enhancement,enhances the enterprise economic benefit.The main research of this paper is as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the copper foil processing process of the enterprise,the influence of the process on production and the existing production problems of the enterprise are explained in detail.And the process control method,as well as the process quality are explained.(2)According to the needs of enterprises,design different modules and complete the overall scheme design of the system.(3)According to the effect of process on quality,coyote algorithm is used to optimize the prediction method of least squares support vector machine on a certain process route.Methods Using the data collected by the system,the thickness of a batch of products was predicted to solve the quality problems caused by the thickness.(4)Completed the development and implementation of the system,and solved most of the existing production problems of the enterprise.In this paper,through the system to control the process,to achieve high efficiency of production,and according to the processing data of the process to predict the thickness quality,reduce the outflow rate of defective products.
