It is a main way that using the heating-transport processes of crude oil in China for a long time. But this method need to born even more fuel consumption, allowing the small amount of change of the transmission range, and there is a time limit when the pipeline has shutted. Currently,transporting crude oil by adding to freeze point depressant reduce oil pour point depressant and viscosity of the oil industry at home and abroad of common concern. China has achieved good results in this area of research.A few oilfield in Bohai Oilfield and the surrounding presence of resin and asphaltene, high wax content, high pour point and other characteristics, distance between the oil fields, according to the development plan, several oil fields will be transported via subsea pipelines mixed, long distance mixed far to lose, there is a big pipeline blockage, condensate pipes and other risks. According to the basic physical properties of the mixed results of the analysis of crude oil, crude oil for pipeline mixing depressant screened elected ideal depressant effect of modified products, and lower crude oil pour point and viscosity, pour point crude oil reached mixed results, and improved pipeline security and resilience run to achieve security and stability of oil production.
