With the development of t hega s fields in East Sichuan gas field gradually late into the mining, the majority haveproduced a large amount of water, the gas field water treatment problem has become one of the main contradictionof the gas field production effect. Water injection system of gas field in three aspects of transmission and processing system in reinjection, reinjection well structure, ground are possible safety risk, reinjection well section of shallow,reinjection layer exposed on the surface, the gas.field water reinjection may return the surface pollution of the environment; reinjection wells downhole pipe string corrosion serious, perforated casing, cementing quality worse,the gas field water channeling layer caused by ground water pipeline; rupture,equipment failure cause problems to the environment, increasing the safety risk of water injection system of gas field operation.In this paper, by reference to the Kent risk evaluation model, combined with the characteristics of East Sichuan gas field waterinjection system, system and evaluation method of safety risk assessment of reinjection layer, wellbore and surfacethree gas field water back to the sub system and the gas water reinjection system was established,and according to the statisticaldata of reinjection wells in eastern Sichuan region analysis, establishes the evaluation reinjection abilityfor fractured limestone strata in this area method. The use of safety risk evaluation method and evaluation system established in this paper, separately from the reinjection layer, wellbore and ground injection system aspects, a comprehensive evaluation of the security risk of East Sichuan Shapingchang gas field water reinjection system. To determine the main safety risks Shapingchang gas field water injection system, the injection system that is in a critical security level security level, show that the overall system is to adapt to the need of reinjection reinjection, in addition to local existence of high risk, overall risk controlled, can satisfy the requirements of normal use. Finally according to the identified risk to develop specific risk measures for prevention and control measures, provide a basis for improving the reinjection system.
