Soil and groundwater provide the most basic necessities for human activities. All the activities of human beings cannot leave the soil and water. With the rapid development of modern society, industry and agriculture has got great development, and it also promoted the massive growth of the population. But it also exacerbated the damage to the soil and groundwater. With the increasing severity of contaminated soil and groundwater, human life will face a potential risk. In this paper, based on the research in a chemical plant in Jiangnan, we can use EVS to calculate the field distribution of the pollutants in soil. Contaminated soil can be multi-angle, multi-level display by the 3D visualization function of EVS. Research results showed that chlorobenzene and chloroform within the study area are more serious. Pollution areas of chloroform, benzene and carbon is mainly concentrated in the second pesticide production workshop area. It is concluded that pollution is likely to be caused by the leakage of the second pesticide production workshop area. There is an obvious migration of chlorobenzene at the bottom of the soil. Using MODFLOW to establish hydrogeological conceptual model and simulate the groundwater flow field in the study area. Using MT3D to simulate the pollution of Benze under different simulation period. The result of analysis showed pollutant concentration and contaminated area gradually explode with time flies. Finally, using the method of weighting coefficient to analyze the advantage of different pump and treat scenery.
