Research On The Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Ecological Yunnan Construction

Ecological Beauty is the fundamental trait of Yunnan province, And the splendid reputation of Colorful Yunnan has thus come. After establish civilization construction had been established by The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC, because of the special ecological characteristics and ecological resources, Yunnan province has become the vanguard of the national ecological civilization construction naturally. In this context, Ecological construction of Yunnan province is not only an important strategic move of it own sustainable development, but also it will become an important power what can promote national ecological civilization. However, because of the fragile ecological environment, irrational urbanization, irrational industrialization and many other factors, ecological construction is facing many difficulties and challenges in Yunnan.The dissertation starts with " How to promote the construction of ecological civilization of Yunnan ". Then it analysises consistency of academic and practical systematically, and clarifys multiple practice problems of ecological construction in Yunnan. On these bases, my dissertation proposes some suggestions which are full of revelatory.This thesis is divided into five parts. The first part, introduction, it analysises the topic basis and significance, research status of country and overseas, and innovations difficulty of this dissertation. The second part discusses the theory from the theoretical origin of ecological construction in Yunnan, and points some puzzlements which are between "industrial province" and "Ecological province", "Conquer nature" and "reverence nature", "coessential" and "diverse" under realm industrial civilization in Yunnan. The third part analyzes the ecological construction in Yunnan realistic rationality, Unique ecological location, relying on ecological industrial structure and cultural traditions what respect for the nature of ethnic minorities in Yunnan. The fourth part discusses the practical problems of ecological construction in Yunnan, then points multiple bottleneck problems which are Ecologically fragile highlands, the overspeed urbanization and industrialization, and irrational tourism development. Fifth part presents some countermeasures that contraposes challenges for ecological construction in Yunnan:First, from "disenchantment" to "reenchantment":reconstructs ecological culture of respect for nature and reverence for nature. The second, we should in line accordance with "ecological protection and environmental priorities" and optimize the industrial structure further. The third, we should protect local biological diversity and cultural richness in order to highlight the ecological characteristics of Yunnan province.
