The Research On Environmental Service Enterprise’s Performance Evaluation System Based On BSC

In order to maintain the competitiveness in the competitive market, the enterprises need to use the performance evaluation to supervise its own management. Due to the traditional financial performance system has the defects of lagging, one sidedness and short-term, people are tending to paying attention to BSC. Since 1992, BSC is presented, it plays a important role in improving the enterprise’s financial situation, in enhancing customer’s satisfaction and loyalty, in promoting employee’s professional skills, and in optimizing enterprise’s internal business processes. Although China’s environmental protection service enterprises are developing highly, but in a small random pattern, it presents the situation of irrational industrial structure, lowing technical content, lacking of high-end services, lowing quality of personnel, and these drawbacks hinder the development of environmental protection service enterprises. Therefore, it is important to carry out BSC in the environmental protection service enterprises. At present, there is no complete study about how to build BSC performance evaluation system in environmental protection service enterprises. Author carries research on it.Firstly, Author analyzes the current development of environmental protection service industry and environmental protection service enterprise, and then proposes the feasibility and necessity of environmental protection service enterprise to implement BSC. With the analysis of the principles of establishing indicators, author builds BSC performance evaluation system. Then weighing coefficients are confirmed and calculated by Fuzzy-AHP. Lastly, author carries through the BSC performance evaluation system in an environmental protection dredging company which named Z. The result is useful for improving enterprises’ management and competence.
