Enterprise Value Assessment Of Capital Environmental Protection

China’s environmental protection industry market will experience a rapid development period during the “13th five-year plan”.Under the circumstances,enterprises in this field will have more capital inflow,mergers and acquisitions operations that need enterprise value evaluation.A complete and feasible evaluation method is able to give stakeholders suggestion and has practical significance to value management of enterprises.This thesis selects Capital Environmental Protection Company as the object of study.As a leader in this section and a beneficiary located in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region,it will enter a key development stage during the “13th five-year plan” on the basis of its mature environmental protection business and its location advantage.Based on document researches and theoretical studies,this thesis chooses the methods of discounted cash flow method and relative valuation to conduct a detailed enterprise value assessment following the studies of its development state,external environment and business performance.In this way,the reliability of the result is increased.Based on the comparative analysis of the evaluation results,this thesis deeply analyzes the relevance of the two enterprise vale assessment methods.The result shows that the Capital Environmental Protection Company should seize the development opportunities and further improve its value by expanding market,taking scientific researches seriously,optimizing capital and recruiting talents.
