| In recent years,with the continuous implementation and improvement of the relevant policies of the environmental protection industry,the Environmental Protection Industry has achieved rapid development,the spring of the environmental protection industry has come quietly.Against this backdrop,the environmental protection industry has undergone major changes,with uneven development in the specialized fields of sewage,solid waste,atmosphere and integrated management,which has brought great challenges as well as opportunities to environmental protection enterprises,many environmental protection enterprises have been forced to withdraw from the field of integrated environmental management,and some enterprises have become integrated environmental service providers through strategic transformation,improving their market competitiveness.CEC Environmental Protection Co.,Ltd.is an environmental protection company with the development of industrial water treatment business.After seven years of strategic transformation,the transformation from Industrial Water Treatment Service provider to environmental comprehensive treatment service provider has achieved initial results.Based on the analysis of the characteristics and development status of the environmental protection industry,this paper first studies the path of CEC’s environmental protection strategy transformation,through the research,it is found that environmental protection in 2017 has successfully realized the overall transformation and upgrading of its main business,industry customers and business model,learning that its strategic transformation is due on the one hand to changes in the macro environment and the environment of the environmental protection industry,and on the other hand to the limited internal development of enterprises and their insufficient ability to operate by debt,so enterprises choose to improve their market competitiveness through strategic transformation.Thirdly,in order to study the effect of strategic transformation,this paper adopts the method of combining financial and non-financial performance,this paper selects the financial index analysis method and the Financial Strategy Matrix method to carry on the contrast analysis to the financial performance before and after the transformation,and finds that the financial index and the EVA value after the transformation are all higher than before the transformation,and the capital utilization ratio of the enterprise has improved,at the same time,non-financial indicators are selected to analyze its transformation effect.Through the analysis,it is found that CEC’s strategic transformation of environmental protection is generally successful,but at the same time,there are some problems,finally,according to the conclusion of the study,some suggestions are put forward that enterprises should increase financing and raise the debt-raising ability,at the same time,optimize the capital structure and improve the operating ability. |
