| Molecular imprinting is originated in the molecular recognition theory and has been developed a new cross subject which has been widely researched and applicated in solid phase extraction, chromatogram separation, biomimetic sensor, enzymatic catalysis and other fields. The surface molecular imprinting technique has been used successfully in the preparation of ribavirin and double template molecularly imprinted polymers as follows:The molecularly imprinted polymers(MIP) based on the vinyl group modified silica has been synthesized with dimethyl phthalate(DMP) and dibutyl phthalate(DBP) as template molecule, methacrylic acid as functional monomer, ethylene dimethacrylate as crosslinker, The adsorption capacity was studied with static adsorption, Scatchard mode analysis, Langmiur model and Freundlich model analysis. The results showed that there are two types of binding sites on the surface of MIP and its adsorption process was a multi-molecular layer adsorption. Packed the MIP into a solid phase extraction(SPE) column combined with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), the MIP could separate and enrich phthalate esters(PAEs) from beverages and the moon cake tap.Which the modified silica as the carrier. The surface molecular imprinted polymers, which has the specific recognition for ribavirin with ethylene dimethacrylate as the crosslinker. Static adsorption Scatchard curve, Langmiur model, Freundlich model analysis, selective adsorption imprinted polymers were used to evaluate the imprinted polymers. Results showed that the ribavirin molecularly imprinted polymer has two types of binding sites on the surface of MIP, Which has better selectivity. |
