Diffusion gradient in thin film (DGT) technology is one kind of promising in situ, continuous passive sampling techniques, both inorganic and organic matter can be measured, also can accumulate with different target substances in different binder phases, therefore, binding phase has become the focus of attention of everyone. The phenol Molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPs) was prepared in hydrothermal reactor by surface imprinting method, it was investigated that influence of different crosslinking agents and modifying agents on the silica gel surface modification of polymer adsorption of phenol. And the preliminary studied molecularly imprinted polymer doped the surface to polyacrylamide gel (imprinting gel) as the binding phase of DGT technical to study the measurement of phenol in water organisms. The product structure, surface morphology and thermal stability were characterized by IR, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA) equipment. The adsorption of polymer (gel) adsorption, adsorption kinetics, temperature and pH on the adsorption and selectivity were studied by Static adsorption method.By three orthogonal factors and four levels, optimized for 3-chloropropyl trimethoxysilane (JHI31) as modifier, methacrylic acid (MAA) as functional monomer and ethylene glycol compound methyl acrylate (EDMA) as crosslinking agent prepared by surface imprinting polymer reactant, its adsorption ratio of the best, when the phenol:Silica: JHI31:MAA:EDMA:1:2:2.5:1:3,The results show that the surface imprinted polymer adsorption equilibrium was achieved in 3 h; amount of adsorption with the increase of phenol concentration, And decreases with increasing temperature, indicating that the adsorption process is exothermic, the heat of adsorptionΔH= 36.94 kJmol-1; consistent with Freundlich isotherm model; when the pH=7, the adsorption of the best; phenol on dichlorophenol, chlorophenol, on hydroquinone selectivity coefficients were:2.64,2.81,3.32.The effects of the imprinted gel as a binding phase DGT technology was studied using the organic film as a diffusion layer, the determination of phenol. Phenol spiked to 0.3 mg/L synthetic water, DGT technique can quantitatively accumulate phenol recovery was 56.6%, RSD%=8.75%.
