In the construction industry, the usage of reinforcement is increasing. Before using, reinforcement is also need to be reprocessing such as bending and cutting. Improve the degree of commercialization, specialization of building reinforcement, achieve the professional processing distribution of construction reinforcement, is an inevitable direction of the development of construction industry. In order to improve the quality and efficiency of reinforcement processing equipment, it is inevitable to researching the shear force of reinforcement during the reprocessing.Based on research development of the reinforcement shearing machine which is used in the construction process, This paper research the influence factors on the quality of the reinforcement shearing section. With the finite element analysis software ANSYS/ls-dyna,this paper established finite element model of oblique edge tool shear reinforcement, and ansys the formation of the elastic-plastic deformation, shear force change rule and the influence of different process parameters on shear force,in the process of reinforcement shearing of the60t hydraulic shear with the Lagrange algorithm. And the force of designed cutting edge in the process of shear is analyzed, get relevant simulation curve. Based on the simulation, this paper analysis the tool stress concentration areas, shear force and the stress concentration of cutting tool in three reinforcement shearing. FOR providing the basis of the relevant improvement design.In the using of reinforcement, according to the actual need of length to cutting reinforcement is an important process. With the research of present reinforcement sizing, this paper designs a kind of new type of reinforcement feeding mechanism, and establish a three-dimensional model.Then research the selection of the motor, encoder etc. This equipment can transfer more than one reinforcement with the arbitrary length scale, also fast brake at desired length. At last this paper analysis the stress change during the shearing of more than one reinforcement, the stress concentration of cutting tool to provide the basis of relevant improvement design.
