In the laying of power supply and communication lines,the demand for tapered poles is very large,and it has played a good role in the construction of rural broadband Huimin projects in recent years.In view of the characteristics of small diameter,tapered,and long welding length of the pole reinforcement cage,the pole reinforcement cage processing has always been in a state of manual or low automation.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a complete set of high-efficiency,low-energy pole welding cage welding machine.Around the pole-reinforced cage roll welding machine,the key technologies of the roll welding machine studied in this paper mainly include the automatic diameter reduction device of the roll welding machine,the mobile traction device,and the control technology based on the industrial computer and PLC,using wireless radio frequency communication technology and infrared technology,The specific work contents are as follows:(1)The article analyzes the universal roll welding machine variable diameter scheme on the market,integrates the design requirements of the electric pole reinforcement cage roll welding machine,and develops the roll welding based on the power guide rod pulling the sliding guide rod,the connecting rod and the transition guide rod.Machine variable diameter device,and through the ANSYS finite element analysis technology,the static force analysis and prestressed modal analysis of the dynamic guide rod of the largest force component of the roll welder reducer device,and the six sigma analysis of the most stressed connecting rod component,Analyze the strength,stiffness and modal performance of the power guide rod,the failure probability of the connecting rod component and the sensitive factors affected by it.(2)According to the overall design requirements and program analysis,this paper develops the mobile traction device of the roller welding machine that combines a sprocket trolley and a cylinder-type automatic locking fixture,and analyzes its minimum traction speed requirement through the traction process.Through the kinematics and mechanical analysis of the main rib locking process,the thesis developed a spring-type automatic locking fixture based on multiple steel balls and tapered sections,and conducted modal analysis under dry and prestressed conditions.The strength and stiffness check under load and the natural frequency analysis under the two conditions verify the compliance of the yield limit and avoidance rate requirements.(3)The article analyzes the control system requirements of the roll welding machine and completes the overall scheme design.Based on multi-sensor control technology,the article analyzes and architectures the motion control of multi-motors;and designs a radio communication design based on LORA to realize wireless control and automatic control of the automatic locking fixture,pneumatic support and cage pushing device of the roll welding machine.Infrared control technology controls the high-speed rotating rib conveyor system.(4)The thesis carried out frame design and functional module design for the control system software of the roll welding machine.The fuzzy PID control technology was used to realize the matching of the speed of the rib and rotary welder.And control program design,realize the function of parameter setting and recording,welding evaluation,fault query and so on.
