As the core of the mine emergency rescue system component, the mine-used removeable refuge chamber not only needs to have the ability of inside environmental parameters monitoring, but also should have the capacity to transmit information to the ground command center, so that the rescue team can refer to the actual situation to adjust the rescue plan. As result of the design does not take into account the use in refuge chamber, the traditional environmental parameters of existing detection equipment, which have many shortcomings, are not suitable for direct application in the mine emergency rescue system. Therefore, the present mine emergency rescue system is lack of the detection system of environmental parameters for the refuge chamber, the purpose of this subject is to design a set of detecting system of environmental parameters for mine emergency rescue system and further improve the existing system function.The design takes the specific characteristics of the mine emergency rescue system as the basis. It considers many aspects of the design of environment parameter measurement system comprehensive. So the system has a characteristic with high precision, multi-parameter, small volume, low system complexity and low energy consumption. This paper starts from the conception of scheme, and discusses the devices selection, circuits design, signals processing, the design steps of program algorithm and hardware integration of the system in detail.The system takes the high performance microprocessor chip MSP430F1611 as the core, a variety of new type of high precision sensors as detection means, and advanced pump sampling as the sample mode. Through a number of experiments, the new system compared with the environmental monitoring system composed of the single parameter sensor has the advantages of comprehensive performance significantly. It not only greatly improves the refuge chamber and the mine emergency rescue system, but also combines the mine emergency rescue system with the coal mine safety monitoring system.
