Research On Water Environment Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Hangzhou

Hangzhou is a prosperity city based on water. Dense rivers play mutiple functions in the long history of Hangzhou which including transportation, irrigation,drainage,sluice and beautify people’s daily life.With the development of the city, the river pollution is getting worse and worse, black and smelly rivers are found frequently.The water quality was changed dramatically since the 1980 s when started to govern the river water environment. The comprehensive management of river regulation,intercepting sewer,river dredging and reduce the total pollutant are the predominant elements to caise this happen.Through the investigation and study of present situation of Hangzhou city river water,we understood current situation of the river water environment. Comprehensive analysis of channel governance related instance, found that the hangzhou river governance related measures mainly include sewage, water distribution, dredging and ecological management, etc. A further studing which covered detailed analysis on implementation key point, advantage limited,application scope and economic benifits also launched on the mentioned four types of river water environmental control technology, moreover, the new modes of the initial rainwater pollution control and the next bit recycling new methods with slow or closed section of river water quality are discussed through the analysis of engineering example. The opinion which we must strengthen the supervision to suit measures to local conditions, reasonable choice of combination of technology and management measures in the river water pollution control is pointed, in order to achieve the technical and economic feasibility, treatment effect and environmental benefit..Finally, here insists that the end managerial should be combined with source control, while implementing the intercepting sewer vigorously and distributed processing to keep the river water environment governance outcome.
