Nowadays nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds are the main pesticide development, the compounds of o-pyrazole-carboxamido benzamides which regard chlorantraniliprole as lead compound is a new class of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic pesticides which is the new rise in recent years. Their mechanism is unique, and they have broad insecticidal spectrum, high efficiency and low toxicity, environmentally friendly. So they were becoming a major research focus for major companies and institutions.By studying and summarizing a lot of literature, we use the theory of biological equivalent and followe the principles of creating new pesticides, and introduce the heterocyclic group of 2-furfurylamine and morpholine into the structure, design and synthesize a series of the pesticides of o-pyrazole-carboxamido benzamides, and use a series of testing methods such as MS,1H NMR and others to verify the structures of the compounds we synthesize, and take the activity bioassay about they killing the diamondback moth, planthoppers and beet armyworm, then it shows that the insecticidal activity of the compound 2-7a,2-7b,2-7e,2-7i,3-5a,3-5b,4-10a,4-10c, 4-10d,4-10g is higher than the chlorantraniliprole’s, so it say that the value of the research on these compounds is still relatively high. Beside, this paper also research on the synthesis processing of the compound 4-10c, and get the optimal reaction conditions of its synthesis route.Twenty-six kinds of the compounds of o-pyrazole-carboxamido benzamides in three series were designed and synthesized in this article::(1) 1-pyridine-3-bromo-5-pyrazolecarboxamides; (2) 1-methyl-3-ethyl-4-halo-5-pyrazole carboxamides. (3) this paper has also researched the synthesizing process of fluorinated pesticides of thiobenzoyl amine.
