5-Pyrazole carboxamide derivatives generally have excellent biological activities,such as insecticidal and bactericidal activity,and it is of great significance to prepare high-efficiency,low-toxic,environmentally-friendly new pesticides based on pyrazole carboxylic acid.In this paper,the pyrazole ring of commercially available Tolfenpyrad and Chlorantraniliprole were retained,linked by ester or amide structure,and spliced with structure of benzofuran and thiazole to synthesize 38 new compounds,and some of the compounds were screened for insecticidal and bactericidal activity.?2,2-Dimethyl-2,3-dihydrobenzofuran-7-oxy?alkylamine,1-?2,2-dimethyl-7-alkoxy-2,3-dihydrobenzofuran-5-yl?ethyl amine and 2-amino-1-?7-methoxy-2,2-dimethyl-2,3-dihydro-benzofuran-5-yl?ethanone hydro chloride,and 2,2-dimethyl-2,3-dihydrobenzofuran-5-amine were reacted with 1-methyl-3-ethyl-4-chloro-5-pyrazolecarboxylic acid or 1-methyl-3-ethyl-4-chloro-5-pyrazolecarbonyl chloride to obtain pyrazole carboxamide derivatives A3A15.Substituted thiazolamide and N-?dihydrobenzofuranyl?thiazol-2-amine,were reacted respectively with 1-methyl-3-ethyl-4-chloro-5-pyrazole carboxylic acid or 1-methyl-3-ethyl-4-chloro-5-pyrazole-carbonyl chloride and 3-bromo-1-?3-chloropyridin-2-yl?-5-pyrazole-carboxylic acid to give 5-pyrazole carboxamides B1B5,B7B17,and B6 was synthesized by B2 and methoxylamine hydrochloride,the structure of the new compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR and 13C NMR.In the insecticidal activity tests,five compounds were found to exhibit Class A insecticidal activity against Mythimna separata and Aphis fabae,and most of the compounds had certain insecticidal activity against Aphis fabae.The test compounds were less active or inactive against Tetranychus urticae.The mortality rates of compounds A10 and B7 against Mythimna separata were 100%,and the mortality rates of compounds B11,B14 and B15against Aphis fabae were respectively 95.54%,100%and 100%at 500 mg/L,which had further research value.The results of bactericidal activity screening showed that all tested compounds had certain inhibitory effects on at least two pathogens of Phytophythora capsica,Alternaria alternata,Gibberella zeae,Botrytis cinerea,Sclerotonia sclerotiorum at 25 mg/L,in which compounds A1 and A12 against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum,compounds B9 and C3 against Fusarium graminearum,and compounds A2,A10 and A13 against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum have good activity,the inhibition rate is greater than 50%.
