o-Carboxamido benzamides which target receptor is "Ryanodine" werediscovered by DuPont, they are new pesticides of broad-spectrum, high efficiency,low toxicity, green, environmental protection. DuPont has introduced a variety ofcommercialization Chlorantraniliprole and its structural formula is:In recent years, researches on o-carboxamido benzamides which regardchlorantraniliprole as lead compound were becoming a major research focus for majorcompanies and institutions, This paper summarizes the literature by others in thestudy of such compounds,using the theory of biological equivalent, following theprinciples of creating new pesticides, then thioamide and fluorine-containing groupsare introduced in the structure, synthesis a series of such pesticides, and uses a seriesof testing methods such as MS,1H NMR, EA and others to verify the structures,screens high activity insecticide species through bioassay, and conductes processingresearch on structure3-5c.Forty kinds of novel adjacent formamide benzamide insecticide in three serieswere designed and synthesized in this article:(1) thiobenzoyl amines;(2)3,5-dihalothiobenzamide amines;(3) a fluorine-containing thio-benzamides.
