The subject is based on the physical property analysis of ultra heavy crude oil producing wells in liaohe oilfield, The development of the synthetic agent has a lot of features, such as heat resistance, low surface tension and rapid infiltration characteristics, And through the perfect of construction technology research, development effect of ultra heavy crude oil producing wells in liaohe oilfield has improved. It is of practical significance and guidance for the development of similar ultra heavy crude oil reservoirs.The ultra heavy crude oil production well cleanup technology compound the chemical agent such as nonionic surfactant, anionic surfactant, mixed surfactants, quick penetrating agent, etc. The property of temperature resistance and excellent emulsifying performance, can meet the steam stimulation development needs of ultra heavy crude oil. It also can change the function of wettability, make benefit for the subsequent development wells,did not affect the subsequent gathering dehydration; it also can use the profile controlling foam to improve the contradictions among the differential steam absorption level. The performance evaluation test and dynamic simulation test results satisfy the pipeline flow of ultra heavy oil production wells in Liaohe oil viscosity reducing cleanup requirementsThe evaluation of technical indicators for the agent are as followed.The temperature tolerance of agent is 300℃ or higher, and the viscosity of the agent viscosity (30℃) is about 50-100mPa.s, surface tension (30℃,0.5% aqueous solution) is less than or equal to 28 mn/m, viscosity reduction rate (300℃, after 24 h,0.5% aqueous solution) is 95% or higher,foamed volume (100ml of 0.5% aqueous solution) is 50 or higher.As of 2015 March,It have been carried out that in field test of 95 wells,the recovery rate was increasing greatly after the operation.It has increased 10800 tons of oil.
