| With the rapid development of the world economy,the demand for crude oil in countries around the world is increasing.However,after several decades of continuous mining,conventional crude oil reserves have become less and less,and have basically entered a state of exhaustion.Therefore,heavy oil,as an important component of energy supply,is being widely used by countries all over the world.Due to the high viscosity,heavy asphaltene and colloidal content of heavy oil,heavy oil is easily solidified under normal temperature and pressure,which seriously affects the mining and transportation of heavy oil.Therefore,how to efficiently extract and transport heavy oil has become a hot research direction.In this paper,the ultra-heavy oil in a block of Liaohe Oilfield was selected as the research object,and the emulsification and viscosity reduction research was carried out.Through the experiment of AEO-15 with 0.5% mass fraction,the best experimental conditions for this paper were as follows: the oil-water ratio was 7:3,the emulsification temperature required for viscosity reducer was 60 °C,the emulsification time was 60 min,stirring The stirring rate required for the device was 200 r/min and the stirring time was 5 min.According to the viscosity reduction effect of heavy oil and the stability of heavy oil emulsion,through AEO-15,SDBS,SAS,sodium petroleum sulfonate,sodium tripolyphosphate,sodium oleate,sban 80,OP-10 and n-propanol The surfactants were used for single and compound experiments.Finally,four surfactants,AEO-15,SDBS,SAS and OP-10,were screened for orthogonal experiments.The main conclusions of the orthogonal experiment are: the optimal formulas are SAS,OP-10,AEO-15 and SDBS,and their mass fractions are1%,1%,0.7% and 1% respectively.The average viscosity of the emulsion formed by the optimum viscosity reducing agent formulation and the heavy oil was 125.39 mPa·s in two hours,and the average viscosity reduction rate was 99.36%.Through the experiment of salt tolerance and high temperature resistance,the optimum viscosity reducer formula meets the viscosity-reducing agent which is suitable for the temperature,salt and viscosity reduction effect of this experiment and has good stability with emulsion of super heavy oil. |
