The most petroleum deposit is heavy oil and the formation cementing is unconsolidated in Liaohe oil field. Through the exploration and development of nearly 30 years’, the production of oil field comes into metaphase and anaphase.The situation to increasing reserves and stable yields is out of condition. How to raise recovery rate, increase oil production and reduce the recovery cost has became one of the difficult assignments in the heavy oil exploitation, because the re-entry technique for heavy oil thermal production wells is one of the effective approaches to increase the recovery efficiency of heavy oil reservoir.This technique has been widespread used by petroleum company. The thesis mainly introduces the re-entry techniques used for heavy oil thermal recovery wells, and carries on simple analysis about economic benefit.In this paper,mainly conduct analysis and research for sidetracking technology,Combining with theoretical study and field application, Priority select a sidetracking technology which is suitable for old oil thermal recovery of heavy oil well exploitation,to solve the technical problems which increase production and stable production is difficult,and carries on simple analysis about economic benefit. The main contents and outcomes are as following:1. Optimizing trajectory design of sidetracking well,comprehensive analysis deflecting capability,mode of opening windows,analysis of the intact conditions of original casing,formation lithology,vertical distribution of oil and water layer,geological requirements and other factors, optimizer combination of drilling tools. drilling fluid system. drilling parameters,drilling fluid system,in the premise of meeting the geological requirements,according to the well trajectory control,use the casing of old well as much as possible,reduce the naked eye footage,shorten the drilling cycle,reduce drilling costs,increase production,ensure drilling construction safety.2. Analyzing the main cause which sidetracking well life is short, discuss the main technological measures which to extend the life of sidetracking well, clear the importance which implement reaming technology of sidetracking well, discuss the technical problems in the process of reaming,use the production technique of branch well,tap the potential of remaining oil which thick layer of bottom water drive oil reservoir and low permeability thin layer,prevent the coning of bottom water, analyze application examples of supporting technology,using encryption adjustment plan and tapping potential of remaining oil. to improve the development effect of the oil reservoir,achieve the goal of lower the cost and increase production.3. According to the analysis which influencing cementing quality factors of sidetracking well,conduct the experiment and comparison for micro expansion and low water loss cement slurry system,optimizing the FS-I anti gas channeling dehydrating agent,develop the cementing matching tool of sidetracking well,optimizing and perfecting the well completion operation process,to improve the quality of well cementing.4. Analyzing the statistical data of finishing drilling sidetracking well over the years in Liaohe oil field,Evaluate the economic benefits of the sidetracking technology,Compared with the same footage adjustment well and update well,about saving project investment cost 1.2 billion.
