A liquefied petroleum gas mixing station constitute the major risk sources, involving major hazard source material for liquefied petroleum gas, hydrogen, facilities and the mainly equipment is storage tanks. Through the analysis of the major hazard source of danger and harmful factors. The mixing station main dangerous include fire, explosion, poisoning, corrosion etc.. Once the accident is happen, risk can not be ignored. According to "the People’s Republic of China Law on safety in production",the production company of major hazard source shall register file, regular testing, assessment, monitoring, and to develop contingency plans and inform the employees and other relevant people in emergency situations should be taken emergency measures " According to "the dangerous chemical safety management regulations" and other relevant laws and regulations and local safety supervision department of the relevant provisions, it should deal with the gas mixing station of special safety assessment.In view of the gas mixing station of liquefied petroleum gas storage unit, the greatest risk of liquefied petroleum gas storage tank as the evaluation object, the use of flammable, explosive, toxic major hazard source evaluation. Considering the matter of inherent risk and risk offsetting factor, and calculated practical hazard of the tank. The results show that the real risk A is 0.325% of the intrinsic risk B1. The mixing station control ability and risk rating is matched.Safety evaluation results show that the gas mixing station for the three major risk sources, but the basic conditions of the region is good and safety management mechanism and management system is perfect. Equipment and facilities inspected conform to the safety requirements. Although the probability of liquefied petroleum gas explosion accident is very small, but once the consequences of the explosion accident is happen, the consequences are serious. So the station safety equipment and safety management is essential. For safety hazards found in the process of security evaluation is proposed and the corresponding security countermeasure measures are put forward. The main safety management measures include pressure vessels, the main safety measures, fire countermeasures, in order to achieve long-term safety, stable operation requirements.
