In downhole service company of Daqing oil field there are 40 no passageway casing damage wells need to recondition every year, which occur in casing impairment region with large area. If the single well is not cured thoroughly, the development result of the entire block will be affected. In recent years, the small size patch technology has made great progress. But there are also some problem existing such as poor aging and high construction cost, restricting the further development of the oil field overhaul process. Its difficulties mainly have the following three aspects: firstly, the lead stamping cannot describe the three-dimensional shape of fracture resulting to judge no passageway casing damage form difficult; secondly, no passageway casing damage form is various making the targeted patch technology is not perfect and open passageway difficultly; thirdly, the abandoned technology of the not open passageway well is single and it is difficult to get the effective abandoned and evaluation. The unrepaired casing damage wells not only won’t recover its own productivity, becoming the idle assets, and seriously affect the block adjustment of injection-production relation, easily to induce the casing damage to enlarge. Therefore, the research on recondition and abandoned technology of no passageway casing damage well is very necessary.In this paper, based on the research of the fracture surface morphology diagnosis technology, the concrete forms of casing damage fracture of different blocks are determined, providing the basis for patch technology optimization method. For the casing damage wells can be patched, the upper and lower fracture treatment technologies of no passageway casing damage are studied, repairing the casing fracture. For active fracture, a set of cementing string is invented, which can realize cementing only for the outside casing annulus and ensure the casing without cement plug. Analyzing the fishing junk technology, the expanding centralizer shortcircuits, the telescopic guided fishing tools and others are studied. Then under the condition of large diameter, long open hole section, the fish head in lower fracture can be taken out. After fishing the junks cleanly, two ways can be used to repair the casing damage wells. One is to repair cement ring first, sealing followed; second is inverse. For the casing damage wells cannot be opened, the perforating technology after the drilling and milling outside pipe and the plugging technology of squeezing under pressure, realizing the effective abandoned of the casing damage wells with junks. In addition, a series of suitable tool for no passageway casing damage well to patch are developed, including forging milling, milling, hole enlargement and fishing tools. It has a great significance for the research on recondition and abandoned technology of no passageway casing damage well to play the potential of casing damage wells and the block comprehensive exploration.
