Along with the PuBei oilfield development, the casing damage has been one of the most stern questions which the oil-field development faces. The stratum cracking is the main reason of the casing damage. At present, the method of calculating the reasonable injection pressure that is using is very simple. The oil-field development sometimes needs that the injection pressure is upper and the stratum doesn't appear fracture. So it is important to determinate precise limit of injection pressure. The forecast of formation-parting pressure is correlative directly to determinate precise limit of injection pressure. The oil Wells of PuBei oilfield is high rate of casing damage. casing damage has seriously affected the PuBei oilfield development adjustment.The second fault block casing Wells area of PuBei oilfield casing Wells features: on the whole production casing;in many parts of reservoir area; relevant to high pressure injection. For adjustment the formation pressure differential, We conducted the maximum permissible water injection pressure calculation method and casing pressure system adjustment method research.According to geologic setting of grape flower oil field, this paper put forward a new method to calculate injection pressure based on HuangRongZun forecasting model of formation-parting pressure. The forecasting results of different oil reservoirs pour in grape flower oil field are consistent with observed data and are satisfied with the need of project. Meanwhile, combined with the PuBei oilfield development reality, we prepared the the PuBei oilfield casing pressure system adjustment scheme. After the implementation of the scheme, effectively reduced pressure difference.This will provide reference for oil field development and prevent casing damage.
