Chongqing is located in southwest China, It on the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River and the China’s fourth municipality. Indeed it have mountainous terrain, hills, plains rarely, slope area, so it have a "mountain" of the name. Because of its special geomorphic unit, it constructed many alpine lakes. But due to the acceleration of the development of the city, industrial development, Chongqing urban area within the 56 lake library functions by drinking water into the function of water use in scenery. The 82% 56 major lakes in the main city are worse than Grade V. By this taken, we have to take action immediately to study the management measure of pollution.The 10th executive meeting of Chongqing’s government adopted the "Chongqing Municipal Environmental Protection" five action "plan (2013-2017)" in 2013. Where "city" clean water action "plan 2013-2017 Years" for the primary Lake City Library to do a specific request, to carry out comprehensive treatment for the main city of 56 lakes and reservoirs in the same year in Chongqing. To 2017,the main city of 56 lakes and reservoirs in the water quality standards in the Grade Ⅴ.The main city of Chongqing 56 lakes and reservoirs in water quality monitoring in April 2014.By the basis of single factor evaluation method and the eutrophication evaluation to the 56 lakes and reservoirs, and then the assessment result can be got. As an example of the view, I put forward concrete suggestions on ecological rehabilitation and pollution management for A Lake in Chongqing City.In this paper, the following conclusions:1 By April 2014 to June 2014 on the main city of Chongqing 56 monitoring water quality of lakes and reservoirs, only 7 percent reach the surface water environmental standards (GB3838-2002) Ⅳ class standards, and 11 percent of lakes and reservoirs to meet water quality standards Ⅳ class landscape. However,82% of lakes and reservoirs in worse than Grade Ⅴ, it can not meet the needs of the human landscape of water, contrary to endanger human health, ecosystems are severely damaged. The biological diversity is very low. And by monitoring the data analysis, the major source of pollution of lakes and reservoirs in Chongqing is the human pollution. The main pollutants are TN and TP.2 I use comprehensive nutrition status index for the city of Chongqing to evaluate eutrophication of lakes and reservoirs. Chongqing City.Result shown that,in the 56 lakes and reservoirs, there were 4 in nutrition,11 were had mild eutrophication, 26 were moderate eutrophication and 15 were severe eutrophication. The most polluted reservoir were L31, And the least polluted Reseroir were L13.3 With 56 reservoir of 7 reservoirs present situation analysis, according to the calculation result shows that the reservoir pollution load, COD mainly jfrom sewage in 33.24% and surface runoff in 49.79%.NH3-N mainly comes from the living sewage in 73.82% and the surface runoff in 22.95%. TN is mainly comes from the sewage in 60.81%,surface runoff in 21.62% and sediment pollution in 17.33%.TP is the main tap sewage in 81.36%,surface runoff in 9.47% and sediment pollution input in 7.71%。4 This article taken A Reservoir for a case study.The source pollution treatment and endogenous pollution treatment measures,to reduced the lake pollution load. Through these measures, the function of water quality were optimized, the function of water were improved,the biodiversity were increased.Finally, strengthen maintenance management is the key to consolidate the lake library renovation results.
