| The high-speed tire uniformity machine is the special test equipment to measure the mechanical characteristic parameters under the condition of high-speed and load. Developing tire uniformity tester with advanced, reliable, high detection accuracy and high efficiency characteristic has been the focus of the automobile manufacturers and tire manufacturers. The product not only complies with the direction of Country’s development, but also is a national key research project.On the basis of the tire uniformity at low-speed, the radial force and lateral force multivariate mechanics model of high-speed tire uniformity of mechanical propertiesis established in this paper. The high-speed tire uniformity of mechanical model is not only the foundation of the tire uniformity test theory, but also is the core technology in research and development of high-speed tire uniformity equipment. It comes up with a lateral force, radial force and tangential force of three-dimensional mechanical modelin the speed of 120 km/h.On the base of mechanism, testing methods and effect factors of high-speed tire uniformity, design parameters of the equipment were confirmed with the high-speed tire uniformity testing equipment as the research object. Some designs were finished including the roller system, drive and transmission system, hydraulic loading system, tire rotating axis system, and air-operated system. Then,3D model of the equipment wasestablished.Meanwhile, finite element analysis was done on mechanics and vibration characteristics of the key components of the equipment and the overall structure.
