China’s economic developing rapidly under the trend of economic globalization, so that the development cultural tourism ushered in the golden period. As the improve of people’s income, the contempory human attach great importance to the consumption demands in spiritual aspect. Tea culture tourism meet the mental demands of contempory human pursuit for ecotourism just like leisure tourism, cultural tourism and folk tourism. Tea culture tourism become an important branch of cultural tourism in new century. Wuyi Mountain is not only a famous scenic spot in Fujian Province, but also an important tea area in Fujian Province and China. Wuyi Mountain has thousand years old history of tea making and numerous ruins of heritages, it provides the cultural foundation and the resource base for the development of tea culture tourism. It is the vital route of golden tea culture tourism in Fujian Province. This paper on the base of outline the related concept of tea culture, collection and sort related document at home and abroad, to conduct field investigation with the consumers who attend the tea culture tourism in Wuyi Mountain. To analysis the present situation and problems of the tea culture tourism in Wuyi Mountain in view point of consumer, to build further providing theoretical support to the Tea culture tourism in Wuyi Mountain. Take a comprehensive investigation of Wuyi mountain tea culture tourism from the perspective of the consumer, to get consumers in Wuyi mountain tea culture tourism behavior, preference characteristics, satisfaction, etc. And analysis of the problems of tea culture tourism, finally it is concluded that the development of corresponding measures.
