Hydraulic sand fracturing is an integration technology of perforation technology and fracturing technology, and it is also an important approach to stabilize the exploration and exploitation and to alter formation flow channel as well as to improve the flow conductivity. The performance and service life of nozzle directly influences the result,the operation time, the quality and the economic efficiency of hydraulic sand fracturing,therefore, it is an absolute necessity to study the material selection, the shape and the internal flow characteristics of nozzle. At the same time, it is an urgent need to optimize and innovate fracturing technology on the premise of safety.The mechanism of sand jet fracturing technology has been briefly introduced, including the specific operation process of production testing and fracturing, the analysis of technology advantages and process adaptability. And wearing test has been performed on two kinds of nozzle material and washing test has been performed on seven kinds of nozzle material,which proves the best nozzle material is ceramic. And finite element analysis and mechanical analysis have been performed on ceramic nozzle with four different angles, and its intensity is qualified.In addition, the fracturing technology has been optimized in this paper in terms of fracturing injection mode, fracturing well head modification and operation parameter optimization. This paper also takes horizontal well as an example to illustrate the proper use of tubing jet perforation technology and annular sand-filling technology can be applied to production stimulation for horizontal well with casing completion and low permeability, and the proper use of ceramic nozzle can effectively perforate casing, cement sheath and production layer without apparent damage and corrosion, which provides feasibility for the application of this technology.
