| In this paper, we prepared a series of mixed microwave absorption materials with waste Sr-ferrite and Ba-ferrite at first, by adding different additive, analyzed and studied the microwave absorption properties. Then, the M-type hexagonal composite wave absorption ferrites have been prepared by standard ceramic techniques with iron sand substituted Fe2O3. Based on the former studies, the mixed wave absorption ferrites have been prepared by adding different additive. The dependence of absorption properties on different frequency N coat thickness and ingredient have been studied. The results show that the waste Sr-ferrite and Ba-ferrite have remarkable absorbing properties, and the absorption properties of mixed material are obviously better than pure ferrite. The M-type composite ferrite and mixed ferrite prepared from Fe2O3 also have excellent absorption properties. The maximum of absorption quantity of some materials can reach 40 dB at matching thickness. Some bandwidth can reach 6 GHz.We find that peak positions not only vary with the change of ingredient but also move toward high frequency with the decrease of coat thickness. |
