Sand is mainly used in car mixture stirring conveying fluid fracturing operation need medium In the process of oil fracturing construction,some important parameters of sand car whether conform to the requirements for the design of fracturing operation,will directly affect the quality of the fracturing operation,sand transport system is one of the key parts sand car,bearing for sand mixing car transportation of raw material,need accurate measurement at the same time,the accuracy of the measurement directly affect the success or failure of the fracturing operationThis paper based on the screw conveyer conveying principle and structurcharacteristics of large dip Angle of analysis to determine the parameters of the sand car: speed,Angle,pitch,blade diameter and the influence of screw axis diameter on the sand transport efficiency,by analyzing the vibration theory to determine the sand car key components lose sand device on the natural frequencies of the spiral shaft and helix immunity,and the numerical analysis method to check its strength and stability,and comparison analysis under the condition of uniform pitch and variable pitch screw conveyor options to optimize the parameters of pitch and ANSYS software was applied to sand sand carrier main structure dynamic performance and influence factors are analyzed and theory,by means of speed,Angle,pitch,blade and screw shaft diameters on the sand transport efficiency analysis and using the orthogonal principle,the influence of design experiment plan,thus it is concluded that the best way to improve the efficiency of sand transport.
