In the project which we reseach and development of high pressure low density polyethylene heat shrinkable film special material 2420D,through the performance test and structural characterization of the well received heat shrinkable film special material in the existing domestic and foreign markets, such as the product 2420D made by CNOON shell. We make a product structure design of high pressure low density polyethylene heat shrinkable film special material 2420D.Combined with the Basel patent technology product technical requirements and our company the relevant provisions of the interim standard quality, we determine the product of melt index and density of the two most important performance metrics, the remaining seven quality index is determined. After that, we make a scene analysis for the 200000 tons/year high pressure polyethylene plant, based on the research of the device polymerization process conditions, in combination with 2420D performance index, the 2420D production conditions were determined. After the further study of the high pressure polyethylene reaction mechanism, the polymerization reaction of chain transfer agent work optimization and optimization of reaction parameters, eventually making 2420D products industrialized production plan, and in Basel patent technology of 200000 tons/year on the high pressure polyethylene plant industrialization trial production. Opposite output of qualified products testing, characterization, reached the design requirements, the application of heat shrinkable film experiment and test, and market promotion of new products. In the end, the research and development of high pressure low density polyethylene heat shrinkable film special material 2420D is successful completed.
