At present,the fruit was sold in the market that lacks uniform packing and processing,the fruit can not be sold for the long time will be decomposed and degenerated.It was found that the fruit moisture and nutrient composition after packaging was not easy to be lost,which could reduce fruit damage and make it more resistant to storage and preserve.Based on agribusinesses lack of follow-up packaging processing after the agricultural products harvest,a machinery and equipment of using heat shrinkable film to pack the fruits was designed and improved in this paper,which to solve the problem of actual production and the production efficiency.Fruit heat shrinkable film packaging is a broad categories of heat shrinkable film packaging and it's very widely used in daily life.The fruit of packaging can be protected in the process of fruit transportation.It has a fresh effect on the storage of fruit,which can extend the shelf life.Besides,packaging can promote the sales of products to improve the economic benefits of dealers and agents.The working flow of the heat shrinkable film packaging machine can be divided into cutting,sealing,heating,contracting,conveying and cooling.The main part of the machine is the sealing and cutting mechanism and the heat-shrinkable mechanism.After using the heat-shrinkable film to package the fruit,the packaging bags is heated and contracted,so as to improve the hygienic quality and additional value of the fruit.The machine adopts electromechanical integration technology,the sealing and cutting and heating shrinkage processes are completed automatically by the machine,which reduces the labor intensity of the operator.Packaging machinery for irregular food,such as fruit,which has more complicated technical requirements and stricter producing and manufacturing requirements.The design and research contents of this paper :(1)To design and improve the sealing machine of the packaging machine;Through the study and analysis of the deformation of the wire with heating,the change rule of heat deformation was found,and the reasonable solution was proposed,The machine sets up the stretching spring mechanism,it has a deformation allowance for the wire and a linear constraints on it,making it works remains straight and strain state.(2)To design and optimize the shrinking mechanism;The factors that affect the effect of shrinkage were determined,and the optimal parameters and parameters were obtained through the packaging test.(3)To design the waste film recovery device and recycle the waste generated in the packaging production process;The optimum Angle and slant plate material were obtained by experiment.(4)Load analysis of important parts by using finite element software;UG NX was used to establish the 3d model of the key parts,and using ANSYS workbench for load analysis,the load distribution characteristics of each structure were found.Provide the theoretical basis for the redesigning of the packaging machine.(5)To further regulate the circuit layout of the packaging machine.Reprogram the disorganized line and centralize the detached control unit to the same panel.(6)To replace the original rust material,making the packaging machine work more accurately and reach the strength and rigidity requirements of industrial products.Through the fruits of heat shrinkable film packaging machine design,and for the processing of fruit to do further promotion work.It can promote the development of commercialization and mechanization of fruit packaging industry,which has great economic benefit and wide application market.
