Oil transfer station which use The Four In One gas-liquid separation process can simplify the process, reduce the investment station, convenient management. Therefore The Four In One combination device in YSL oilfield has been widely used in recent years. However, with the extension of operating time, The Four In One frequent has problems with the fireworks pipe. This affect the safe and stable production operation questions. According to the investigation and scale sample test results, the damage of fireworks pipe is mainly due to the scale on the top surface. There are a large amount of silt and other impurities in the oil, which is easy to deposit on the top surface of the fireworks pipe. After heating at high temperature with a long time, they convert to the scale.There are lots of research for preventing the smoke tube outer surface fouling. There are a series of anti-scaling technology in both domestic and foreign. Some technology has made the application of small range test, but has not formed a set of mature applicable, economic and feasible real-time, online anti scaling technology. The way to removal scale on the smoke pipe mainly depends on dredging, pickling regularly and other means. But such measures need to stop production to affect the production, safety and steady.According to the problem, this paper carried out the high pressure hydraulic jet cleaning scale prevention technique The technique use high pressure water jet to wash the top surface of the fireworks tube regularly. It can avoid impurity deposition which would transformed into scale. It is a real-time, on-line scale removal and prevention method which could ensure the production safety and smoothly. The jet cleaning technology of hydraulic research had been widely used in traffic, chemical ect. It is excellent but has not been used in the smoke pipe scale removal and prevention research.With investigation of the sediments on the Four In One fire tube surface and sampling analysis, we make sure the scaling distribution disciplinarian. These dates provide technical parameters for anti-scaling technology and high pressure jet. In the process development, combined with the actual condition, we make the adding the pump to be a booster device. The bottom water under the Four In One are used to be the water of high-pressure hydraulic jet. According to the water quality characteristics, we do some research through computer simulation. The research is about high pressure hydraulic jet injection pressure, flow rate, different parameters such as angle of flushing the anti-scaling effect of opening, comprehensive analysis the number of nozzles, target distance, spraying angle and size corresponding to the flushing action area size. All of these help to determine the high-pressure hydraulic jet cleaning and preventing the key technical parameters of scaling technology. And then combined with the Four In One heating section spatial structure, we design the way of pipe. Then we get the specific parameters of jet fireworks pipe conveying pipe and a nozzle. Finally we draw out the high-pressure water jet cleaning anti-scaling device manufacturing process and the internal installation diagram. Combined with field by the high pressure water, we design the external water supply pipeline.Combined with the repair plan of YSL oil field, we start the application of the technology. We select the 2# Four In One of SHE 22 oil transfer station to check the high-pressure hydraulic jet anti-scaling technique. After it works 1 year later, we track the test results. There are little of scale on the top surface of fireworks tube which install in the high-pressure hydraulic jet device.
