| In view of the existing descaling technology,put forward a kind of gathering pipeline of xinjiang oilfield scale quickly gathered together descaling methods,and a special device used to designated rally descaling.The device has changed the conventional thought of descaling,artificially designed to simulate the fluid scale environment,realize the fixed-point buildup of fluid in a specific device scale,quick descaling.However,the effects of various factors on the fouling rate is unclear,seriously affected the device assembled together ability of scale removal.In view of this,based on the experimental platform to study the circulation line set between the factors influencing the scaling and fouling rate law,gathered together scale device to optimize the operation parameters and structure parameters,the further promotion and application of the device in xinjiang oilfield is of great significance.First of all,the paper based on the theory of scale formation,fluid mechanics,thermodynamics and mechanics of materials,independent design and build a set of automatic hydraulic loop experiment platform,and through the single factor and uniform experiment study of temperature,pressure and flow rate on the influence law of fouling rate.Studies show that 25 ≤temperature ≤65 ℃,or less fouling rate increased with the temperature increasing;0.20 ≤pressure ≤1.65 MPa,or less fouling rate increased with the increase of pressure.0.8≤flow ≤ 7.8 m3/h s,or less scaling rate after the first increases with the increase of flow rate is reduced,and the increase and decrease of inflection points increased with the increase of temperature.Screen on this basis,the analysis of the influence law of fouling rate,the results showed that single 40 mesh 304 stainless steel screen mesh scale ability is better than single 8common steel net,three layers of 304 stainless steel screen mesh scale ability is better than single 304 stainless steel screen mesh.For quantitative analysis of the above factors affects the quantity of scaling laws,through SPSS software nonlinear regression,the experimental results of uniform scaling prediction model,and through the experiment validate the precision of the model.Finally,through Matlab software programming to solve the model,the optimal operation parameters have gathered together scale device,namely T = 65 ℃,P = 1.65 MPa and V = 0.6738 m/s. |
