| With the steadily development of Internet, the connection between the embedded system and Internet has become closer. In the related field, it has become one of the hottest subjects to study how to share the information of embedded system on the Internet. As a result, the embedded web server has emerged and so has all kinds of network applications which are based on embedded system.In this paper, mainly talking about a remote monitoring Web network control system aimed at the reaction kettle production is designed. This system uses ARM9(S3C2410) as the hardware platform and embedded Linux operating system as the software platform. The centre of this system is web technology and realizes the function of remote control operation. Users start the field device, setting control parameters and run PID controller to adjust the temperature inside the reaction kettle by using client-side. At the same time, in the system, the client-side displays the real-time parameter inside the reaction kettle and the status information of the facility.In the first place, the temperature control of the reaction kettle is studied, which gives out the scheme of the temperature control inside the reaction kettle and then introduces the establishment of embedded web server hardware platform. In the second place, the design of system hardware and software is described in details. It contains:The construction of the peripheral control circuit; Cross-compilation environment of building embedded Linux operating system; Compiling input and output programs of analog and digital signals; complete the temperature PID control program. Then based on the configuration of the system platform, it studies the methods of realizing embedded web server under the Linux platform which contains the configuration of Boa server; compiling completed CGI application program by connecting CGI technology; realizing the function of communication between remote monitoring terminal and field controller for clients and in the end realizing the application of embedded web serer in the remote control.Under the laboratory environment, the results of the tests show that the system can control the temperature precisely, display the real-time data, set parameter and set remote switch reaching the expected design purpose. The system proposes a feasible scheme for chemical production and lays a good foundation for the further realization of application. |
