The vast majority of plants will contain this kind of flavonoids, and flavonoids in the process of plant growth to the results, and many aspects such as the prevention of antimicrobial plays a very important role.Small fish bone to labiatae scabrous Mosla herb belonging to annual herb plant Mosla dianthera all grass, alias thin flower mustard ouni, wild Chinese Mosla herb, etc. With functions of published, lishi efficacy of relieving itching, attending a cold fever, tonsillitis, heatstroke headaches, ulcers, etc. The researchers report in the volatile oil of fish bone is more, the main volatile oil contains sweet fineleaf schizonepeta herb phenol, the thyme of phenol, and cloves composition such as, has good bacteriostatic action; And the study of small fish bone nonvolatile part less reported. Modern research has shown that the non volatile parts of the mainly contain flavonoids, phenolic acids, such as composition, has antibacterial, antioxidant, anti allergy. Extraction technology of total flavonoids of fish bone optimization research rarely reported. So the little fish bone in the study of flavonoids is very important.Flavonoids has many diseases have a very important role in all kinds of biological activity, so the fish bone in the study of flavonoids is very important. So in this paper, the small fish bone flavonoids to do the following research.(1)In Chinese herbal medicine extraction mechanism and the Fick’s first law, on the basis of considering the ultrasonic wall-breaking effects and ultrasonic effect on the solid liquid diffusion of small fish bone flavonoids extraction, mainly study the effect of ultrasonic frequency on extraction yield and established the dynamic model of the ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids of fish bone got the fish bone concentration of total flavonoids and the ultrasonic time, ultrasonic power, ultrasonic frequency and the them ξ=1+K1Pλ+K2fδ+K3Tε. Then on ultrasonic assisted extraction of total flavonoids fish bone experiment, using wheat marquardt method processing data, fitting curve (R2>0.9), synthesis ξ=(T, P,f), solvingγ and Ku. Will coefficient in above target under the condition of different ingredients. Then, on the dynamics equation of comparing calculated values and measured values and deviation calculation, get the average relative deviation is3.44%, show a dynamic model of ultrasonic extraction can accord with the experimental results, verify the dynamic model of ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids fish bone.(2)The little fish bone, first of all, the single factor experiment, the different factors impact on the extraction yield of total flavonoids fish bone, get under the test of ultrasonic extraction condition is:ultrasonic power is200w, ultrasonic frequency to25KHZ, extraction temperature is70℃, the extraction time was80min. Second choose different ultrasonic power, ultrasonic frequency, different extraction time and extraction temperature on the four factors three levels orthogonal experiment design, the application of ultraviolet spectrophotometry determination of flavonoids extraction, using software to simulate data Origin, get the influence of various factors on the total extraction yield of flavonoids fish bone primary and secondary relations and the ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids fish bone optimum process conditions, namely, through the analysis of the test results as well as the poor got the factors affect the size of the order for D>B>A>C, extraction temperature>extraction time>ultrasonic frequency>ultrasonic power. The best solution is A3B2C2D3. Orthogonal fish bone extraction conditions of flavonoids was optimized, the best extraction conditions for the use of70%ethanol as extraction solvent, adjust the ultrasonic power300w,22KHZ ultrasonic frequency, ultrasonic extraction to extract under the temperature80℃,60min, the average extraction yield can reach6.2632%.
