This paper reviews the progress of UAV aerial survey data processing and development, and research status of WebGIS. Based on the reviews, this article describes processing flow, software features and advantages of two famous photogrammetric systems overseas Inpho and domestic MapMatrix system (including MapMatrix, DATMatrix and EPT) in UAV remote sensing image. Useing Yanjiang, Ziyang city 1:1000 UAV Aerial Photography as experimental data, actual processing flow and accuracy of this two systems are compared. Finally, this paper designes and develops publishing and displaying system of UAV remote sensing data which were processed by Inpho or MapMatrix. The UAV remote sensing data can been published and exhibited through this WebGIS for users to quickly access, view. The main conclusions are as follows:①In processing 1:1000 UAV remote sensing data, Inpho and MapMatrix system’s aerotriangulation accuracy and image quality all can meet the national standard, and there are little differences between the two planar accuracy in aerophotogrammetry, and Inpho’s height and DOM accuracy are relatively better than MapMatrix’s.②InPho system is high integration, good operability, strong aerotriangulation, high degree of automation. In MapMatrix systems, aerotriangulation uses DATMatrix, DEM uses MapMatrix, DOM uses EPT,the three software need to installed separately. In addintion, MapMatrix system have to call PATB in aerotriangulation. The handling high data volumes and efficiency of MapMatrix system are less than Inpho, and it needs to manually edit a lot of the issue points.③There are little differences between InPho and MapMatrix system in DEM generation and editing. Because of considering the fracture line and artificial construction strictly, the generated DTM and DOM of Inpho are higher precision than MapMatrix. MapMatrix is more convenient and efficient in mosaic and editing images.④Using the UAV remote sensing as data source,3S technology for technical support, the browser/client mode (B/S) to develop program, Flex rich Internet technology, ArcGIS for Server, spatial database and other related technologies, this paper designs and develops UAV remote sensing publishing and displaying system. Users can easy browse map, measurement features, search interesting things and analyze land use through this webgis in web side. The webgis also plays an exemplary role in rapid value-added services of UAV remote sensing.The research experiences " UAV remote sensing outside aerospace fly and Photo-control-point Survey——office operation of UAV remote sensing data data processing of geo-information——WebGIS design and development", and makes full use of GNSS, RS and GIS technology.Finally, a fairly complete framework chain of mapping aerial photography and airborne remote sensing data acquisition, processing and service is builted, which play a valuable role for acquisition and value-added services of mapping aerial photography and commercial airborne remote sensing data.
