Red tide is one of the largest marine ecological disasters,causing serious damage to the marine fishery resources,ecological environment,tourism resources,marine also caused huge economic losses,and the frequency of occurrence of red tide also showed a rising trend year by year.Based on the study of the East China Sea,a remote sensing satellite monitoring system was developed for the Zhejiang sea.The system of MODIS,the remote sensing data of GOCI and VIIRS satellite sensor shoot every day for processing,can realize the visualization of chlorophyll concentration and red tide range;the system is able to occurrence of red tide time,the area of statistical analysis,the relevant departments can be summed up the general rules for the occurrence of red tide,red tide disaster prediction and selection of scientific and effective disaster prevention disaster reduction and disaster relief measures to provide fast and accurate basis.In this paper,according to the comprehensive analysis of user rights,data processing and functional requirements,the red tide monitoring system is designed and developed in the form of WebGIS.First of all,the framework uses the B/S framework.Through the combination of HTML,JavaScript and CSS design to achieve the frontend interface display,and rely on the jQuery and Bootstrap style controls to beautify the interface based on the user interface more friendly;dynamic website relies on JSP technology,the asynchronous communication mechanism of AJAX and Java Servlet container transmission mode to realize the interaction of information before and after the end of;realize the client functionality mainly depends on Java,NetCDF,Geoserver and Geo Tools REST,OpenLayers and other open source code library.The client connected by JDBC and stored data in the Post Gre GIS database,the expansion of geographic data storage Post GIS ShapeFile format,and TIFF format data to the server path address form stored in the database;PostGIS data source of geographic information visualization using geographic information server GeoServer to OpenLayers interface,and in front of the calling system to achieve.The system realizes each function module in this structure.Secondly,on the choice of the data source in the use of three kinds of sensor data as the data source,respectively equipped with equipped with satellite GOCI sensor and satellite MODIS,VIIRS sensor,Net CDF sensor three format data products provided by ocean color data of the OceanColor web site to download and extract the product dat a processing and statistic analysis,the results of raster data and vector data format for the TIFF format for the ShapeFile visualization,chlorophyll concentration,red tide range scope of the study area of the Inland sea.This paper mainly studies the extraction of remote sensing data analysis,visualization interface structure and database structure design,realization of the red tide,chlorophyll query,user management and statistical analysis of historical data,completed the construction of Zhejiang coastal marine red tide remote sensing satellite monitoring system,which provides a reference for the red tide area,Zhejiang offshore forecast.
