According to the survey,it is found that the underground coal energy occupys the largestproportion in China’s mineral aggregate resources. How to mine these resources fully,Legitimately on scale, with the help of the most advanced technology? How to ensure that the coalindustry can get along well with human, with our environment? How can made this industryproviding more and more resources for the growing population? What is said above is the keyfactor to ensure the coal industry develop healthy, stablely and sustainably. However,it is adouble-edged sword to develop and utily these coal resources.Researchers always bring harmeasily more or less among practicing, researching, attempting. For example, mining subsidencedeformation is one of the most common problems. As a consequence,In order to make coalindustry develop healthily, stablely for a long time,it is necessary for us to study miningsubsidence prevention and control work.Using Visual Studio2010development tools, this paper designed and implemented the coalmining subsidence management information system, which was based on ArcGIS Enginedevelopment platform. At the same time,SQL Server2008database was used for storing, editingdata, atc. In addition, the system established the Probability integration method to prediction thedeformation informations for workspace from different shapes. It mainly includedsinking, tilt, curvature, horizontal movement, and deformation atc. Then, the system could draw thecorresponding deformation curve, and established GM (Grey Model) to predition the future timewhen the sink and horizontal movement value above would happen. This paper did the experimenton subsidence information derived from a coal mining in Henan province. It was turned out thatmost of measuring points from the main trend section workspace would catch up with thePreditioned sink value in February or March2015in No.21041.In a word, this system took advantages of operation Simplification, friendly interface, and fastcalculation in the process of practice research. So it can be able to real-time monitoring, predictexactly, forecast timely the mine disasters, and provide an object-oriented operating platform forthe relevant coal management and production departments so that they can finish globalmanagement work, and propose a reasonable, correct decisions.
