Preventing the out of cash supply effectively and lowering the cost of commercial banks during transferring for better financial service for banks to ensure the safety of cash money and efficient and orderly service.Cash transfer cases between commercial Banks and the people’s bank of which concerned effectiveness, planning, decision-making need an urgent support information system with the quantities of commercial banks and increasing of manual task.Firstly, this thesis analysis the functional requirements of each department through analyzing the requirements of establishing the regulationssubject to timing deposit and withdrawperiodically and quantitatively and also summary the classifying various needs. Combining with the information requirements of the banking system, it realized the requirements that cash transactions between commercial Banks and the people’s bank of China business with wireless IC card authentication and encryption booking data acquisition and the design requirements of the safety management system. Secondly, it designs the design the basic architecture of the system and realizes the project from the technical level combining with the result of requirement analysis. And then realizing the requirement of all parties, on the other hand the whole process regulated with the technology implementation. At the same time, the integrated business support information were built through the effective integration of inserting, process and date access and realizes the end-to-end business process integration and information sharing. Moreover, it designs the multiple authentication scheme aim at the practical application.Finally, it further verifies the demand situation through the testing of function the system.From the application point of view, it realized some work scales such as wireless encryption reservation,information review,statistical analysis, inventory upload and authentication legitimacy of cashtransactionbetween commercial Banks and the people’s bank of China, Moreover, it effectively improve the managementrefinement and business synergy of commercial Banks and the people’s bank of China.
