With the advent of the economic globalization, China’s electronic information manufacturing enterprises are facing enormous competitive challenges. On the one hand, this challenge comes from the rise in the domestic cost of production factors, on the other hand from the international giants seizing domestic market. Facing the pressure and challenges from home and abroad, the small and medium manufacturing enterprises who set OEM as the main mode of production must seek new profit growth point.How to get rid from OEM production model,to build their own brand and sales channels? How to win a place in the global competition? This is what the electronic information manufacturing companies need to think about. Wickham’s view proposed in1969that manufacturing strategy could create a competitive advantage for the enterprise, which provides a new way of thinking for the current electronics manufacturers facing predicaments.By the way of literature analysis, interviewing, survey methodology, the Delphi method, case analysis, benchmarking and other research methods, the article do a study on manufacturing strategy development and implement for the RH company. Firstly, by reading numerous literatures, combing the latest advances in the current manufacturing strategic studies, we found that the domestic research on manufacturing strategy is still in the stage of introduction and assimilation. Secondly, through case studies, interviews, etc. we collected a lot of information about RH company, and carried out a detailed analysis to manufacturing situation, problems and inside and outside environment of the RH company. Basing on this and relative theory, This paper formulated overall strategy of RH company, namely specialization strategy, Also from5aspects,exactly product strategy, cost strategy, quality control strategy, R&D strategy, inventory strategy,we described the specialization strategies of implementation strategies from the above-mentioned perspectives. Finally, from early preparation, process control and feedback to adjust in three aspects we do a research on the implementation of RH company strategy.The article draws the following conclusions:(1) Implementation of manufacturing strategy can provide a competitive advantage for enterprises; manufacturing companies need to enhance the production functions to the height of corporate strategy, and highlight the manufacturing strategy.(2) In order to achieve sustainable development, electronic information manufacturing enterprises must get rid of relying solely on the "processing" mode of production, and gradually establish their own brands and markets.(3) Electronic information manufacturing enterprises must be based on its own resources condition, choosing the suitable manufacturing strategy to seek specific market position.(4) The successful implementation of manufacturing strategy is the key to successful strategy implementation. For a perfect one, if not effectively implemented, it will be a dead letter.
