When employees feel the attention from organization, and deem that the organizations pay attention to their happiness, their emotional needs are met, a higher sense of organization belonging could be produced, organizational cynicism emotions would be eased and reduced. At the same time, based on the principle of reciprocity, Perceived Organizational Support brings a sense of obligation of care for the interests of the organization to employees. In return for the organization’s support, employees may increase more favorable behavior for organizational, induce organizational cynicism behavior. The impact of Perceived Organizational Support on Organizational Cynicism affect and behavior is more than Organizational Cynicism belief.
