Along with the knowledge-based economy era and economy, science and technology as thefocus of a new round of intense international competition, talent has become a key factor incompetitiveness strong. On Cultivation of talents is the bounden duty of the occupation school,many secondary vocational schools because of the teaching idea cannot follow, teachingresources is not updated and so on, the emergence of a large number of invalid teachingphenomenon. In order to change this phenomenon, according to the "comprehensive practice"Simulated company this course as an example, the teaching mode of the simulation method,which aims to provide a train of thought for the reform of Vocational education. Especially forfinance and economics majors, the practice conditions and site constraints, their learning mostlyempty talk, can’t really grasp professional knowledge, simulation exercises teaching for theirclose to society, using provides new opportunities to improve theoretical knowledge, practicalskills.According to the constructivism learning theory, teaching theory, combining the generalcharacteristics of professional skill teaching in secondary vocational schools, practice the newteaching methods in schools--simulation teaching method. This procedure includes the selectionand design of simulation teaching tasks, teaching preparation, organization and implementationof teaching and teaching evaluation and control. In order to test the validity of the simulationmethod, two accounting class selected Guangzhou city light industry occupation school class12as the experimental class and the contrast class, experimental studies were carried out includingeducation survey, questionnaire survey, individual interviews, teaching evaluation and so on aseries of, through the collection and analysis of data, found that the simulation method is indeedin the to some extent, solve the secondary vocational school, especially financial professionalstudents lack the training platform, to integrate theory with practice problems, and can make thestudents can quickly integrate into the social environment, to better meet the needs of enterprises.Simulation method to change the traditional teaching concepts, to adapt to the physiological andpsychological characteristics of students, can more effectively stimulate students interest inlearning, enhance the learning ability of students and occupation accomplishment, cultivate theirteamwork spirit, strengthen the interpersonal communication ability. This paper is the author has undertaken comprehensive practice "Simulated company"course teaching based on practical experience, through the study of literature, exploring thetheory and practice of training from the current situation, the teaching of secondary vocationaleducation, secondary vocational school simulation factors simulation method of the structure andthe implementation and simulation method of secondary vocational schools for effectiveimplementation of thinking etc. of, and strive to provide a new idea for teaching reform insecondary vocational school.
