Enterprises to participate in vocational education is the law of development of vocational education, the development experience of other countries. After the founding of China also attaches great importance to enterprises to participate in vocational education, but in the era of the planned economy, and the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in the school's desire for enterprises to participate are not very strong. In fact, involved in business and not much substance content on. With the development of market economy in our country, enterprises to participate in vocational education for enterprises and institutions of vocational education is more urgent, more substantive significance, the party and the government through policy and legal advocate and ensure that the enterprises in the vocational education, but from a practical point of view, the situation is very unsatisfactory. Therefore, this paper studies developed country Japan's enterprise in vocational education, and draw lessons from its experience, to explore a suitable way for the national conditions of China's enterprises to participate in vocational education, in order to achieve the development of enterprises and vocational education.This article mainly uses the literature analysis method, the case analysis method and the comparison research three kinds of research methods, to discuss the relevant situation of Japanese enterprises'participation in vocational education. The research is mainly divided into the following aspects:Chapter One:This chapter describes the proposed research and the significance of the issue, from enterprises to participate in vocational education reasons, models, policies and problems and countermeasures of the current four enterprises to participate in vocational education research in the comb, and the paper aspects of research ideas, research methods, to define the concept, to be insufficient innovation and a brief introduction.Chapter Two:This chapter consists of two parts, the first part discusses the importance of enterprises to participate in vocational education from four aspects,such as human capital theory of vocational education, the essential attribute of vocational education, business development and long-term healthy development of vocational education, from the essential attribute of the importance of vocational education in enterprises to participate in the discussion, but also one of the innovations of this paper; the second part is from the enterprise and vocational education are two aspects for both sides elaborated enterprises to participate in the development of great significance.Chapter Three:This chapter is mainly from the macro-level policy and practice discussed the Japanese enterprises to participate in vocational education in the relevant circumstances, to grasp the Japanese companies involved in the case as a whole.Chapter Four:This chapter first of three ways Japanese enterprises to participate in vocational education briefly described, followed by the characteristics according to each method, select the corresponding case schools, targeted presentation, trying to micro-level participation from Japanese companies depth manner, and this is another innovation of this paper, I hope through their own research, able to enrich the enterprise participation for the development of vocational education in modest contribution.Chapter Five:This chapter is based on the case of the comparative study schools, summarizing the characteristics of Japanese companies to participate.Encouraging enterprises to participate in the world to promote the development of vocational education is a widely practice, in order to achieve long-term development of China's vocational education, learn from the successful experience of Japan, hoping to improve the participation of Chinese enterprises, and effectively improve the quality of vocational education personnel training, full maximize the value of vocational education, to enhance the core competitiveness of Chinese enterprises, and ultimately achieve the rapid development of China's economy.
