Since reform and opening, China’s social and economic development more rapidly, but differences between eastern and western regions is also increasing development, Present situation of uneven development, in addition to commercial banks in underdeveloped areas of personal financial business knowledge and concept of the lag on the concept.Most concerned about the large enterprises and individual customers of financial services,neglect of other sectors of the personal financial services market development.Leading to less developed areas in China long term personal financial business is slow, customer demand has not been effectively tapped. The20th century, late90s, have made great personal financial business development, commercial bank in less developed areas gradually realized the importance of personal financial business development.Commercial banks less developed areas gradually realized the importance of personal financial business development, market development and increase business management, and development of the savings business based, card business as the core, the full range of intermediary business based personal financial business systems. This paper on the current economic less developed areas of commercial banking personal banking business from strategic planning, technological innovation, marketing and service system, etc.make people less developed areas of financial services commercial banks reflections.For a better understanding of the overall environment and competitors of Bank of China Inner Mongolia Branch’s personal business, this paper describes the characteristics of the bank’s external environment and internal environment. This is also good for having an objective understanding of the bank’s own resources. This paper also introduced SWOT analytic method, analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of the business. Take a systematic study of the bank’s personal financial services on how to choose and develop the development of strategies. And make relevant policies in terms of strategic vision, strategic objectives, strategy implementation, etc. Finally, this paper also provided the necessary reference for the rapid development of Inner Mongolia Branch of Bank of China’s personal banking business from the organization’s strategy, brand strategy, channel development strategy, human resources strategy and other aspects.
