Food is the most basic human survival and development needs, Health is the first choice for people to food safety standards. Food security relationship with the national health and safety of life and relationship with the orderly market economy, the more relationship with social stability and development. However, The food safety problems in our country in recent years, more and more serious. Broke out in many major food safety accidents, such as sanlu melamine, shuanghui lean lean fine events, etc. Fake and shoddy, food poisoning, and many other food safety problems serious threat and harm the national physical health and life safety, Food safety problems gradually evolved into a serious livelihood issues. How to effectively solve the problem of food safety in China, is a great significance and research value of the people’s livelihood issues.This article through to our country in recent years, food safety issues related to case study and data analysis, combining with the study of relevant literature, In-depth study analyzes the present situation of our country’s food safety problems, performance, causes and harm of foreign food safety management are summarized experience and reference in the our country study. Based on the economics perspective, From three aspects, enterprise, government and market using the Marx’s labor theory of value, related content of the socialist market economy theory to analyze the causes of China’s food safety issues:From two factors goods rule and individual labor time and the relationship between social labor time analysis enterprise cause of China’s food safety issues; Begin from the government’s economic and legal means, to analyze the cause of China’s food safety problems; From the defects of market economy and the market’s short-term behavior analysis the market cause of China’s food safety issues. In the end, For the countermeasures to solve the problem of food safety in our country, on the basis of previous studies, combined with their own ideas, establishing the main body in many food safety management system is put forward.The place of the innovation of the dissertation are as follows:①rom the perspectives of economics and Marx’s labor theory of value and the socialist market economy theory to analyze the cause of China’s food safety problems. Summed up the enterprise, the main reason for the government and market three aspects;②Full summary and draw lessons from foreign successful experience on food safety management, and combined with the actual situation of our country, Proposed our country the government-led, enterprises as the mainstay, consumers, news media and social intermediate organizations support participation of multi-agent cooperation governance system of food safety.
