| With the intensely competition, all the corporations have to face the huge challenge. Under such circumstance, corporations’ demand for production design, organizing, administration is growing higher. In order to turn things around and take good position among competitors, more and more corporations decide to improve management level by informatization. Nevertheless, during the process of informatization, corporations are facing various troubles like losing control of time, quality, result, as well as cost due to change of demands. These factors result in a low ERP implementation yield ratio, of course the cause might be various, like software design and administration on implemented projects. Thus, we hereby to come up with that to upgrade ERP’s yield ratio by project management.This article has studied intensively on the SAP project of Dong Fang Boiler in its managing process and target control, this includes aiming the project’s target, which covers quality goal, expense goal as well as goal on every time nodes; it also describes detailed allocation methods on any resource that lead to this target, especially on human resource investment; finally, to make the project happen by project control and quality control. In this procedure, we have selectively analyzed project’s schedule management, introduced Program Evaluation and Review Technology and Critical Path Method from Project Management Knowledge System. In this process, we have analyzed the feasibility of Project planning by utilizing Program Evaluation and Review Technology, and identified project’s critical path by critical path method, attached great importance to it.Through introducing progress control method from Project Management Knowledge System into company software of project implementation management, it strongly guarantees the success of project, provides intensive management on project process, insures punctuality of project, it also sets a good example for company’s other project. |
