Research On Collaborative Procurement System Of Auto Parts Based On The SaaS Model

Modern management consider that the competitors in the market should be supply chains rather than enterprises. The upstream and downstream of one supply chain should be cooperate closely to improve the competitiveness of the supply chain. Automobile manufacturing industry has also developed corresponding auto parts procurement management system with the development of information technology. The traditional auto parts procurement management system treat the automobile manufacturing enterprises as the core. The disadvantage of this kind of mode is that the cost of development is too high. For large automobile manufacturing companies are also able to accept, for the small and medium car manufacturer becomes too costly. Another model is based on third-party public service platform, the platform operators to develop and maintain, reducing the cost of manufacturing enterprises. In this paper, the development of the procurement system based on third-party platforms mode and encountered research questions raised platform solutions.Based on the research paper on small and medium enterprises purchasing automobile manufacturing business processes, according to their specific needs and work, papers selected procurement plan management, new product pricing management and hosting warehouse management three major business inventory management as a function of the system and based on the these three synergistic business development. The main works of this paper include the following several points:(1) Papers on the above three functions were first needs analysis, then analyze the platform for customized procurement system functions and database needs.(2) Based on the analysis of the functional requirements and business processes, the paper designed a functional collaborative procurement system and the corresponding database table structure.(3) Depending on the platform of the procurement system functions and database customization needs, design a customized information input tools for developers to customize the information entered, the configuration tool designed for business functions as a tenant platform administrator customized business systems. (4) In this process, based on the technical requirements of the system, the paper designs customized information represents the corresponding solutions, the method automatically generates database and key issues in achieving business process customization and custom database encountered.(5) Finally, the paper realized the SaaS model based auto parts collaborative procurement system, custom tools and business information into functional configuration tools, and software to achieve the above details were explained in detail. In the final paper summarizes the current inadequacies of the paper, as well as follow-up research.
