Distribution channels currently are the most significant sources of competitiveness for enterprises. Copy paper producers are optimizing each link of their supply chains in order to illustrated their competitiveness. The method to construct the model distribution channels plays a role in marketing decisions of copy paper producers. It brings various advantages to enterprise due to efficient configuration of internal resources and capacities in companies.W brand is the first copy paper brand of International Paper (IP) in China. The difficulties of marketing for IP have been gradually increased since the growth of manufacturing capabilities and opponents. This paper is aimed to research the sales of W copy paper in order to identify a brand new model of distribution channels. It offers a method for IP to optimize their distribution channels meanwhile inspire the innovation of paper distribution.This thesis combines several research methods such as theoretical analysis, survey, and data analysis to comprehensively analyze the nowadays distribution model. It proposes that the power of copy paper market is transmitted from manufacturers to distributors and channel model is flatting. Meanwhile, the relationship between producers and distributors is transferring into partners. This research illustrated its innovation majorly via three perspectives:(1)Abstracted and concluded the nowadays distribution channels.(2) Predicted the tendencies of evolution of distribution channel.(3)Designed the new model for distribution channel of IP.It brings advantages for IP also other copy paper manufacturers in constructing their distribution channel.
