However, with the outbreak of the us subprime crisis, the financial industry executives high pay has attracted widespread attention, all countries in the world for bank executives pay successively promulgated a series of restrictions. In recent years, our country bank system and the market competition pattern is undergoing profound changes, the executive compensation issues become academic research new topic.
